1) What is the return policy of an item purchased?
We accept returns of any new, unused and unaltered item bought from us for a refund within 30 days from the date of receipt. Any merchandise which has been "taken out for a ride" is considered used and cannot be returned. We encourage you to walk on your carpet in your boots and to try your motorcycle helmet on indoors before heading out on the bike.

 

2) How can I return the item for a refund?
All Return products must be in new, unused condition and include the original box and/or packaging with all tags included. These will need to be shipped back to Team Motorcycle in the same sturdy shipping box. Do not use the manufacturer box as the shipping box. Items received that do not meet these criteria will not be accepted and will be sent back to you.
All return must be processed within 30 days from the date of receipt of the item to be eligible for the refund.

4) What is the exchange policy of the items purchased?
All items can be exchanged for the items of same type with different sizes. For the exchange items the procedure would be the same as you do for return where in; All Return products must be in new, unused condition and include the original box and/or packaging with all tags included. These will need to be shipped back to Team Motorcycle in the same sturdy shipping box. Do not use the manufacturer box as the shipping box. Items received that do not meet these criteria will not be accepted and will be sent back to you.

5) What if the exchange I want to process is for a different item type?
Please return the item for a refund using your preferred carrier within 30 days from the date of receipt and place a new order. Once the return item is received the refund will be processed in 2-3 business days.

 

6) What is the ETA for a refund to appear on my card?
Generally, once the refund is processed it will show up on your card on the next credit card statement you receive from the bank ( or within 5-6 business days) If you still don’t see the credit you may contact us for a reference number to share with the bank to know the status of refund.

 

7) Will I get a refund on the shipping charges?
Only the item price paid will be refunded. Any other charges like Shipping, Handling, Duties, and Brokerage etc. will not be refunded.

 

8) Will team motorcycle cover the shipping cost for exchange items?
We do not cover the return shipping charges that are charged to return the item (s) back to Team Motorcycle. It is your responsibility for all shipping costs associated with getting your order back to Team Motorcycle. We highly recommend you to place tracking/insurance if needed for your protection. If these conditions are not met the package will be refused and returned to the sender.

 

9) What is the policy applicable for damaged/defective items?
If the items received by you was damaged in transit or has any manufacturing defects upon arrival, please Contact us within three business days of receipt via phone, email or live chat session. Our team will advise on what needs to be done.

12) Does your measurement chart run true to sizes as described?
We highly recommend using the measuring chart to get a clear idea of what you can expect before ordering the items. 13) I’ve forgotten my password?

14) What is the free shipping policy?
Any orders you place with us above $39.99 qualifies you for free shipping. However, for all international orders, the shipping charge will be calculated purely on the basis of the standard shipping charges levied by the carrier which is chosen.

 

15) What is the Return policy of damaged items received?
Damaged/defective items must be reported to us within 3 days of initial receipt of order. If you receive a damaged item, we will ship you a good one upon receiving of the damaged item from you. We will also be reimbursing your shipping charges for returning it. Return shipping charges will only be refunded if the customer is in accordance with the return policy and if the return shipping receipt is included in the package at the time of delivery to Team Motorcycle.

 

16) What is the Refund policy of damaged items received?
If you want a refund instead of the exchange, you may follow the same instruction as for a normal return. We will reimburse your shipping charges for returning it. 18) How do I know if my order is placed?
After you have placed an order an order confirmation number will be mailed to you with a status showing “Awaiting payment”. The next stage would be “Awaiting fulfillment”>”Awaiting shipment”>”Shipped” depending on which item type you’ve placed. Our system ensures that every stage of order processing is intimated to you and hence an email is sent with an update. You would also receive a tracking id and carrier link to trace down your item during its transit to identify the expected delivery date of it.

 

19) What is the turnaround time for an item to be delivered?
The standard delivery time of an item would take around 4-5 business days. Again this is purely based on the carrier chosen for the shipment. Team motorcycle will be held liable free in case of any situations due to events, circumstances beyond control such as recipient not available to accept delivery, delays in transportation, acts of nature, human error, mechanical or technical errors and faults or due customs clearance procedures and/or schedules at the country of delivery.

 

20) Are closeout items eligible for return/exchange?
All items denoted as closeout/bargain bin are not eligible for return, credit or exchange.

 

21) Does TeamMotorcycle.com ship to Military APO's or PO Boxes?

Yes, but only if the Free Shipping method is selected (via UPS MI and/or Sure Post). Delivery to these destinations is not guaranteed, so whenever possible, please provide a physical address on all orders.
