SIZE GUIDE

Do not simply pull your helmet down onto your head like a hat. Follow the proper fitment steps below.

Measuring Guide

Measuring Tape Placement

PROPER FIT

Start by measuring the circumference of your head using a soft tape measure—beginning at your forehead just above your eyebrows and around the largest area of the back of your head. Repeat to confirm accuracy, then select the helmet size closest to your measurement.

FITMENT

For maximum safety, your Scorpion EXO helmet must fit snugly and comfortably with the chinstrap securely fastened.

Using both hands, hold the chinstraps and bottom trim while pulling the helmet down until the top rests snugly against your scalp.

Grasp the helmet and attempt to “roll” it forward. If the eye port moves past your brows, it’s too loose— try a smaller size.

Repeat until you find a size that is comfortable but snug enough that it slightly moves the skin on your forehead.
