I thought it was a gloss finish but it is matte. No biggie. Tighter than other brands medium. Cheek pads specifically. Not a huge deal. Takes your eyelids with it when you remove it. It says pinloc ready, and it may mention that it comes with a pinloc, i didnt see it, but it came with the pinloc insert that you apply to the visor. Overall nice helmet.

I ordered two helmets (one for my wife) and there was an issue with shipping her helmet due to availability. I called and with one discussion, the entire issue was resolved. Both helmets were received the following week and both fit us perfectly. Will order from TM again.
