Chest: all the way around the vest at the chest, just below the armholes. Bottom Hem: all the way around the bottom edge, unstretched. Back Length: from the base of the neck straight down the center back to the hem. Armhole: along the curve of the arm opening. Across Back / Across Shoulder: straight across the back between the armholes / from shoulder edge to shoulder edge.
