Z1R Solaris 2.0 Solid Modular Motorcycle Helmet

So happy with the way it fits, cooling action and built in visor.

I love this helmet. Took me a few years to find the perfect color that matches my motorcycle. Wind noise is very minimal compared to my LS2 and HJC. Only downside is this helmet seemed to run a little smaller than my other ones. My 2 other full face helmets are size small. So that’s what I ordered. This was way too tight. Thought my ears were coming off with the helmet. So unfortunately I had to exchange to a medium. Just received the new one. Haven’t had the chance to try it out yet. But if it’s anything like the small, I’m sure I won’t have any complaints. Oh and their customer service is the best!

I want to preface this with: the helmet is beautiful and obviously will protect your head if you ever get into an accident, but it is a little tighter than other Z1R helmets. The reason this review is so low is because of Team Motorcycle. They had no obvious disclaimer that I would need to pay extra shipping to Hawaii and had me pay the shipping after the fact. I usually don't mind paying extra because I know Hawaii is out of the way, however, my order ended up taking over 3 weeks and now that I need to return this helmet, I'll need to pay another $21. Don't buy from here if you live outside of the continental US. It isn't worth it.

Strap is difficult to use Does a good job of shedding rainThe internal flip down sun shade is really nice to have however it sticks up and it sticks down both so it's impossible to change while riding but like I said great helmet for the 170.00 bucks I paid for it
